Unfortunately, because I am so particular about my room, it consumed most of the time I had with my mom. I was unable to show her some of my most favorite places and things in Boston. However; on Saturday night my roommate Tristan, my mom, and I ventured out to the North End for some great Italian food and some yummy deserts. It was really cold and we totally had to cross over this yucky fish gut street. Thankfully none of us fell! Which is a big deal, because I am such a clutz and am almost always guaranteed to fall in these situations.
It was a fun night to just get out and relax a little bit. I am not sure that my mom was able to see why I love Boston based on this experience but the next time she comes out we will live it up a little bit more.
