Niagara Falls
This was the place that I was most looking forward to. I couldn't wait to see the Falls and I was so excited. It was absolutely beautiful as we pulled and I wanted to go exploring. I had found a restaurant called "The Top of the Falls" and I thought it would be perfect to see the sights. We checked into the hotel and immediately set off with directions from the front desk for this restaurant. It was just starting to sprinkle but my mom and I decided it wouldn't be to bad and it should only take about 15 minutes to walk to the restaurant. After walking for about 30 minutes we still hadn't reached the restaurant. By this time it was pouring, I was wet and cold and starving. My mom asked a tourist close by if we were near the restaurant. She didn't even think that there was a restaurant on that side of the Falls. I am ready to turn around but my mom goes inside and asks a police officer where the restaurant is. He gives us directions and we continue on our way.
By the time we get to the building we discover that it is closed for the season! I was not so happy. We begin our journey back to the hotel so that I can change and we go to the Hard Rock Cafe for some comfort food, "Mac & Cheese" my fave!!!!
