Not Quite Legally Blonde

On Saturday, I went with a few friends to the "Legally, Blonde" The Musical. It was super fun and a great production. The music was pretty creative and I was surprised at how well they were able to follow the movie. I especially found it interesting to watch as I sort of made the move from LA to Boston, (I know it was in a round about way) and I didn't move for love or school. But I really did enjoy two songs " Chip on My Shoulder" and "Find My Way". Both of these songs reminded me that no matter how tough things may be in my life or whatever unexpected changes come my way I have the ability to make it because of who I am and because of those who support me.

Also, going to the theater reminded me of all of the great opportunities that I have had to enjoy the arts. I think enjoyment for ballet, musicals, operas, and the symphony was passed on to me from my grandmother. One of my favorite memories was going to the Nutcracker Ballet at the Capital Theatre every Christmas and eating life savers. I am so excited for the Christmas season and hope that I have the opportunity to see the Nutcracker and other productions.
